Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. J.SIMPLE understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. Orders will be shipped the next day after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive notification if there is any delay or cancellation of your order.

Priority Shipping (2-3 business days) = $15
Express Shipping (1-2 business days) = $25
*Free shipping only applies to 48 contingent states. Not valid on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

If you decide to refuse a shipment from J.SIMPLE, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to J.SIMPLE. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Taxes and Duties
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
U.S. Order Free Exchanges
We understand that shopping online can be a bit challenging when you can't see or try on the items that you are buying, so we provide one time free exchange (return for store credit) for each U.S. order within 15 days of receipt.
1. Request a pre-paid label from us.
2. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
3. Drop your package in a mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, or take it to any authorized USPS facility.
4. The product price you paid will be turned into store credit after we receive your returns. Original shipping charges are not redeemable.
5. You can use the store credit to purchase anything available on our website.
Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5. Please return your items in original condition (new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached within 15 days from the day you received your order. Please request a RMA number from us and include it inside the package. Since we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost in transit to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. We will process your return within 5 business days upon receiving the returned merchandise. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or original shipping charges.
We pack each order and carefully inspect items for any damages. If you happen to receive a damaged good, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue for you.
