Sales Marketing Director

Main responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the establishment of various sales channels, marketing, planning, and brand building
2. Developing sales objectives and related marketing strategy, and actively developing customer resources
3. Budgeting and taking reasonable control over marketing costs to maximize profits
4. Conducting business negotiations and signing of contracts with distributors and partners, and establishing good working relationship with them
5. Keeping track on the market developments and trends, and making timely judgments and predictions
6. Conducting comprehensive analysis of competitors and industry conditions and making adjustment to the strategy when deemed necessary
7. Overseeing recruitment, management and training of the sales procedure of the Sales Department
8. Designing the management system and related business processes of the Sales Department

1. More than 5 years of sales experience in the distribution of high-end women's brands, more than 2 years of sales management experience in distribution
2. Excellent negotiation skills and a sensitive insight of the market, familiar with high-end apparel industry
3. Excellent planning, implementation, coordination, and interpersonal skills
4. Clear target, able to arrange independent and team work
5. Innovative spirit, good at developing new sales strategies, able to open up new channels and take up new challenges
6. Be able to adapt and enjoy a fast-paced , high-intensity work environment
7. Applicant with resources in distributors, retailers, customers and channel in high-end women apparel industry is a plus
8. Applicant with successful experience in establishing high-end women apparel brand experience is preferred
